havent logged in som time but im still training
Higlights:
i closed the capten of crush nr 3
did a easy 3reps with 100kg in jerks (havent traind in some time, pb is 130kg)
Weight 110,9 (soon under 110kg)
my chest is getting better
My forearms are 0,5cm bigger
