If you remember the Hulk (with Norton), right at the end Stark shows up. I think the next one to come will be Thor.

just found the after the credits scene online… Bad Ass! Do you guys think they will do individual movies for each character then bring them together? Or just start combining them into the sequels of Iron Man?

Thor and Captain America are getting their own movies first, and then there will be an Avenger film with all of them together.
awesome! A Thor movie would be so sick… Do you think they’re gonna do the Captain America one based off the old WW2 or do you think he’ll get super humaned up for a modern war then turn into Cap?

I really don’t know how it’s going to work, but I do know Red Skull is in the movie.

I liked the movie.
I liked that there was a villain of equal value in a movie like this. Bad ass movies always have a kick ass villain. When you the scales tip too much in favor of one person, it loses some luster. You could look at Mickey Rourke and see he was a great cast for this spot, he looked pretty mentally irregular, and physically convinced me that he could whoop some ass.
I also like how the story developed further with Tony Stark. I think Jon Favreau realized that he needed more than some cool battle scenes and some hot tits-and-ass scenes to make it memorable. I like seeing how the characters evolve, some of the personal struggles with Stark, and of course, the techno-geek shit always wins with me.
Apparently there were some scenes during the credits that I missed, shit !
Dont sweat the credits scene. Just the agent out in the desert with a shot of Thor’s hammer. Made the wife sit and watch. All I heard was “thats it” you made me sit through the credits for that. I just shrugged and said sorry.
A reference to Thor is an epic event! It was worth the wait!
I should have been more specific. For me worth the wait for the wife not so much. So if Max was with the wife than not worth staying. Catch on the video.
I didn’t want to offend your wife, that’s why my statement was a general one.
I felt I had to clarify that I thought it was cool. At least I am married to a woman that will go with me to movies like this. And she doesnt make me watch chick flicks. (Probably cause I would make comments like MST3K)

I thought they where doing an Ant Man film to go with the Avenger’s. Can’t have an Avenger’s without the most famous women beater superhero Hank Pym
^^ Yeah that was cool. I’m glad that they’re actually linking these movies together. I think this will actually happen and hopefully be bad ass. The Ed Norton hulk movie was a million times better than the Eric Bana one

I don’t think anyone wants to pay 10 bucks to see Hank Pym beat his wife.

He doesn’t hit her until the 80’s after he had become yellowjacket.
THIS MOVIE WAS FUCEN AWESOME.

Yeah, especially when you can get that type of stuff for free.

Cap’s shield can be seen in the first movie before Tony met Fury, so it’s likely that Howard Stark had some sort of connection to the super-soldier project.

Yeah, i imagine they’ll have Howard (a younger one) in the Cap movie briefly. I think one of the original thoughts was to have Cap trapped in ice like in the comics and then found at either the end of his movie (in the credits) or as a first scene in the Avengers. Word was that the movies were to be released within a few weeks of each other but thats probably not going to happen now.
There seems to be a few easter eggs in the IM2 movie - a TV news broadcast in the background of one scene has the news caster from the Hulk movie in it - apparently repoting on the Hulk going crazy on the college campus from the movie - time line could all be around the same time.
roll on the Avengers and Iron mans Hulkbuster armour for pure awesomness.

Roybot you’re a fuckin’ stud dude, never thought of that before.
Read at the bottom Roybot was correct.
Scarlett Johansson’s ass was my favorite character.
Ok I’m asking for a “SPOILER” what was Oliva Munns part. And did she do anything worth talking about?

Reporter at the beginning. And no not worth talking about, I really love that woman. After Salma Hayek the only woman I would leave my wife for.
I saw the movie last night. I liked it but I agree they went a little over the top on some aspects. I wish they had delved into Mickey a bit more as he was a fucking badass. And why must they always give SLJ such corny jokes!?!
