Introduction to London Runner

Biotest works out quite expensive if you mail order to the UK as you pay import taxes etc, unless you can find somewhere in London that sells it?

If you search this site you’ll find some discussions on ppl ordering from England and the shipping costs etc.

They are good products and if your diet is in good order they will certainly help, but it all depends on your budget…mine won’t stretch that far!

Biotest supps work, and work well, if you can afford them.

They’re not magic, but they can increase your progress.

‘good’ is a very relative term.

I’ve found the most cost-effective supps to be creatine and fish-oil, but that’s just me.[/quote]

I see your at level 4, so you must use Biotest a bit, huh?

I already use fish oil, and a few other supplements that I listed in my first post.

Here’s some updated information. I bought some fancy digital scales yesterday, I don’t know how accurate they are, but most of my information is a little different now. I still believe I lost 7.5Kg in total, when I was using the old scales, but I must have weighed more to begin with.

Weight: 87.9 Kg / 193 Lbs
Body Fat: 23.2%
Muscle Mass: 38.7%
Water: 51.3%
BMI: 27.8
BMR: 1996 Kcal

I’m going to add some new pictures soon, just for a record of how I’m getting along.

LR

I know I was supposed to be putting some new pictures up but I haven’t had the chance as yet. I have some new measurements to post also.

Right now I had a question,

How can I get the seperation look in my chest? To make the pecs look square, even and seperated?

They look pretty flat towards the centre at the moment, no real definition.

LR

86.6 Kg / 191 Lbs
22.5% Body Fat
38.6% Lean Muscle
51.8% Water
27.3 B.M.I.
1977 Basel Metabolic Rate.

Down from last time.

Right now, you probably don’t have the muscle mass to give your pecs real definition. Once you finish with your fat lose phase, there are a ton of exercises you can do to add mass, but don’t worry about it right now.

Thanks for the tip, I used to do a lot of benching, but now I mainly do decline dumbell presses as CT advised, I feel it works the chest a lot better.

LR

Yeah, declines put the shoulders at a mechanical disadvantage, so the other muscle groups get hit harder.

How the training going?

Still going at it as hard as I can, but the fat loss is slowing down. I think I might need a clean carb up just to kick start things again.

I have a nice little package coming from Biotest this week as well, maybe the HRX can help get things going.

My numbers this morning;

86.3 Kg 189.86Lbs
22.3% BF
38.6% LBM
51.7% Water

Can’t remember what the BMI or BMR was though.

I had to cheat on my diet this morning because I ran out of eggs, I had porridge instead.

One massive bonus though, I had to buy a new suit yesterday for a wedding I went to this morning, FOUR inches smaller on the waiste!

EDIT: 4 inches down in trouser / pant size. I should probably add new body measurements soon.

So in short, it’s going well.

LR

P.S. I will post those new pictures this week, along with a pic of all my Biotest stuff!

NEW BODY MEASUREMENTS.

Neck: 15.5" (0.5" LOSS)

Chest: 39.5" (1.5" LOSS)

Arm: 15" (0.5" GAIN)

Upper Abb Area: 36" (no previous measurement)

Waist: 36.5" (3.5" LOSS)

Forearm: 12" (0.5" LOSS)

Wrist: 6.5" (NO CHANGE)

Hip: 37.5" (3.5" LOSS)

Thigh: 24.5in (1" LOSS)

So a total loss of 11" so far.

Keep on truckin’!

I can’t wait for them myself. Even though I can see some change myself, I know the side by side pics will tell the real story.

Here are the pictures as promised. To me they look pretty much the same as the first pictures, but you guys tell me what you think.

No you can def see a difference, put the pics side-by-side and you’ll notice it more esp the belly in the side view.

You’ve def lost inches, remember it’s only been a few months so you’re heading in the right direction. Keep working hard and I’m sure you’ll see much more of a change in the next sets of pics.

nice quad sweep! definitely made big gains! keep up the good work

Thanks for the possitive feedback guys, I do see a difference in the side view, sometimes I can be a bit inpatient.

I know it’s only been a short time but I already can’t wait till my next pics and measurements. I think I may make them a bit more frequent from now on, maybe once a month.

ITMynx: That name suits that body a lot more then ITGeek!
