Biotest supps work, and work well, if you can afford them.
They’re not magic, but they can increase your progress.
‘good’ is a very relative term.
I’ve found the most cost-effective supps to be creatine and fish-oil, but that’s just me.[/quote]
I see your at level 4, so you must use Biotest a bit, huh?
I already use fish oil, and a few other supplements that I listed in my first post.
Here’s some updated information. I bought some fancy digital scales yesterday, I don’t know how accurate they are, but most of my information is a little different now. I still believe I lost 7.5Kg in total, when I was using the old scales, but I must have weighed more to begin with.
Weight: 87.9 Kg / 193 Lbs
Body Fat: 23.2%
Muscle Mass: 38.7%
Water: 51.3%
BMI: 27.8
BMR: 1996 Kcal
I’m going to add some new pictures soon, just for a record of how I’m getting along.

How can I get the seperation look in my chest? To make the pecs look square, even and seperated?
They look pretty flat towards the centre at the moment, no real definition.

Right now, you probably don’t have the muscle mass to give your pecs real definition. Once you finish with your fat lose phase, there are a ton of exercises you can do to add mass, but don’t worry about it right now.

Here are the pictures as promised. To me they look pretty much the same as the first pictures, but you guys tell me what you think.

No you can def see a difference, put the pics side-by-side and you’ll notice it more esp the belly in the side view.
You’ve def lost inches, remember it’s only been a few months so you’re heading in the right direction. Keep working hard and I’m sure you’ll see much more of a change in the next sets of pics.
Thanks for the possitive feedback guys, I do see a difference in the side view, sometimes I can be a bit inpatient.
I know it’s only been a short time but I already can’t wait till my next pics and measurements. I think I may make them a bit more frequent from now on, maybe once a month.
