hello,

just been educating myself (beter late than never), and came across the II and the GI.

just wondering, for a post workout carbohydrate meal, is it advisable to eat a short acting II and a long acting II in combination?

for instance, post workout protein shake with about 40 g proteins in combination with some processed carbohydrates to shoot the II through the rough fast and a non processed source to maintain it.

am i thinking in the right way?

ps. i know some will recommend surge, but i can’t get that stuff in Norway :frowning:
