No I am not taking any thyroid medication. Yes you are right, there are some improvements.
Last night I slept a solid 7 hours, but feel unrefreshed, I think the fluoxetine is causing the exhaustion, I’m hoping this is a temporary side effect as I didn’t have this feeling before I started it.
I have come to the conclusion that the root of my insomnia is/has been:
Too much T, more than my body can handle which in turn made my E2 go really high
Serotonin deficiency. I haven’t been right since I stopped my medication in 2017.
I have lowered my dose of T and started low dose SSRI. I can now actually get straight off to sleep and less awakenings!
So yes, massive improvements I would say. I just need to fine tune everything!
… yes, I think I am on the right path. I slept 11 hours last night!!!
I just need to get myself back exercising without it crippling me for days, but I think this will happen as my body catches up on the sleep debt
Ahhh man, if I could just get to the bottom of the head pressure thing after exercise…
Today I did 3 light sets of lunges to try and ease myself back in to some kind of exercise. Immediately after the head pressure thing starts, my nose and ears block up and there’s a pressure across my forehead that makes me feel disorientated, it lasts all night, it’s so frustrating:-/
What you are describing is similar to what I experienced when I started exercising. I still experience it now but to a far lesser degree. I believe exercise has been critical in helping me overcome these symptoms. I say push through the discomfort.
The benefits of exercise on brain health have been extensively documented.
My doctor reckons I’m suffering from post viral syndrome or similar. It can go on for years. Flu like symptoms but normal blood work. Exercising was brutal initially but it is doing wonders now.
I have a narrow nasal canal. So generally I end up mouth breathing at night.
I just started using Breath Right nasal strips. It’s been two days of better sleep with dreams.
I honestly think your body does better breathing through your nose than mouth. You may think “all oxygen goes to the lungs” but I think something about having that oxygen pass into the nasal area helps with sleep.
Almost like why you sleep like shit when sick and a stuffy nose.
It’s a simple product to
Try.
I am definitely a mouth breather, my nose is always blocked and exercise and stress make it worse, my ears also block up, it’s a nightmare. I’m going to see an ENT consultant in a couple of weeks but I’m not sure if he’s the right person to see… I will try the strips, thanks for the suggestion
I tried the strips and they work some nights but other nights my nose is so blocked that they don’t do a thing. Last night my nose was blocked all night, I was constantly waking up to take a sip of water because my mouth was so dry, I was a terrible state this morning feeling really anxious and sick to the stomach, I believe this is because of shallow mouth breathing all night and sucking in lots of dust particles. I never feel refreshed in a morning. I did have a sleep study and it did show an AHI of 28 although the doctor pointed out that these episodes were “hypopneas” (reduced oxygen levels) and not “apnea’s” (stopping breathing) and therefore wasn’t cause for concern.
I will be seeing an ENT doctor on Tuesday.
I’m not sure whether my post exercise fatigue could be mixed into all this. Yesterday I did 3 x sets of dips, 3 x sets press ups and 10 minutes on the exercise bike. 4 hours later I became overwhelmed with mental fatigue, flu or allergylike symptoms… THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!
Hi fellas, so 4 weeks ago I swapped my 50mg E3.5D of Sus250 to 40mg of Enanthate every E3.5D due to high E2 and high blood count.
The thing is I feel absolutely exhausted and libido has vanished and just wondering how this could be?
I have just been for labs so will know in a few days. A friend of mine said 80mg of Enanthate is really low and probably not even touching the sides.
Not sure of the characteristics of sus, but yeah 80mg/week TestE is pretty low. Let’s see what your labs have to say, but I’d bet that you’re going to need between 100mg-150mg/ week to get it right.
