I’ve already have an idea of how my post-meet training will be set up. Floor press, weighted dips, and rack deads above the knee are staying in. I’ll have a bodybuilder style back session every week. I’ll alternate between strict presses and push presses in three week cycles. A heavy squat day where I also deadlift with good mornings and a moderate squat day where I’ll go with a moderate weight for reps followed by speed squats as well as rack deads.

I’ll also put a little more focus on my shoulders and arms and train incline movements with shoulders and I probably won’t do more than one tri and bi movement. I’ll train traps, neck, and arms on my pressing days and abs on my lower days. That should be five days a week which will be easier with my spring schedule. It’ll probably look like:
Day 1
heavy squat, deadlift, squat/dead assistance
Day 2
bench, bench assistance, traps/neck/arms
Day 3
back hypertrophy, rear delts
Day 4
RE/DE squat and CONFIDENCE
Day 5
strict or push press, inclines, shoulder hypertrophy/balance, traps/neck/arms

I can also rotate days or insert a rest day if I feel the need to, but this is what training should like for a couple of months following the meet although I doubt it wil start immediately after. I’ll probably work my way into this schedule.

Spar you need to find some fair competition, lots of us are competing for 3 plate bench and many are still far off eg. me
