Now that I’m in full swing offseason I’ve been known to spend $20+ dollars at subway… all on sandwhiches.

So I open my closet door, wrap my index and middle finger around the fulcrum of the lever because that’s all I can fit on there. Then proceed to pull (because I like doing stuff like that) from side where I was sitting (the closet is right next to my desk). It was within two seconds that felt and heard the handle give. So I closed the closet and pretended nothing happened. Almost broke the couch in the common room too. I’m dangerous when I’m bored apparently.
you’re supposed to break records, not furniture
s’all about footlong chicken breast on wheat bread with no sauce and all those fresh-ass vegetables. double meat if possible, but then your looking at over 10USD for one sandwich

I’m more of a footlong subway club on wheat man with dat dere spicy cheese. Generally I’ll then wash it down with a couple scoops of whey for added swole.

Just got caught up on your log. Good shit going on here man- strong lifting as always. The whole strongman thing should be interesting. Keep up the good work.

Thanks man. It will.

I’ll log today’s training tomorrow because I’m too tired to remember what I did. I was playing Kinghts of the Old Republic for like 12 hours straight since 2 this morning. Went in with no sleep, so now I can’t even remember what I did. It hurts to try. I’ll remember that and my third birthday tomorrow.

^ wut is this trend of intelligent guys killing it in the gym who are also heavy gamers? sedentry lifestyle = teh gains? haha

Bring any food into a log and thats what happens lul

I’m thinking I might do better to just stay in the gym all the way up to the meet. Later today, high intensity and then medium intensity for the remainder.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of 345 with variation. Had maybe a good 20lbs left in me.

Hey what do you know I am eating subway right now. Kill it this weekend!

Too strong bro, UNSUBBING.
