Like I said, after this meet, I’m going to start doing some different stuff. More cleans, more Anderson squats, etc.

I tested my vert @ 33-34". I’ve never really trained it, so I was curious about it.

I guess my plan for today consists of deads, paused squats, abs, and upper back/lats. I won’t be using a belt today.

In case it wasn’t gathered by now, the session was pushed back a day. Should be nice.
