3- dude you are young, I thought you were older.

Appreciate it. After my experience, it’s looking like squats are naturally my best lift and my deadlift is as unpredictable as a fat bulimic in a food court.

Tomorrow’s a sure thing. I’m hitting up some push presses, working arms, crushing my yoke and lats, and feasting. It’s gonna be great!

It wasn’t really as long as I made it look. I’m usually in there for around a hour or so. I was mostly just trying out new stuff in that sess, so I’ve got a pretty good idea of what I’m gonna be doing for the next month at least.

Schoolwork’s kicking my ass right now (it’s the reason i’m still up actually). I’m still lifting though. Going for a 505x2 squat if I can get a good spotter.
