Thing is I have a Macbook Pro, so it’s gonna be while until I can actually play. I’m actually pretty good at stopping games as long as there is something else to do.
Make sure the first thing you do is get 100 smithing by making hide bracers lol I might as well stop playing I’m so overpowered at level 27 now because I have full dragon armor.

I just want to be a werewolf after that I’m happy.
The more I look at it, the more I see width and thickness that wasn’t obvious to me before (I’m talking bout ma back phlegms). Definitely going to be more a lot more confident in my back work now though I’ve seldom doubted my ability to build muscle.

Can’t play Skyrim. I’ve installed everything, the game, Steam client, and the necessary Windows software. Even installed Wine. The game just won’t run on my mac. I try to launch it then I get an error message stating that SkyrimLauncher.exe encountered a major problem. That leaves only two possibilities and if it is what I think it is then I won’t be able to play for a while. It’s all good though. I can play my friends’ until then.
CG bench
155x6
205x5
245x5
270x5
295x3
320x2
Bench
340x1 didn’t fly up like last time
355x0 got trolled; wasn’t like last time; lats just weren’t in it and my grip might I’ve been too wide
All good though I stepped on the weight room and it read 198 (it was 214 last night) so I basically was really fucking dehydrated. My weight probably been fluctuating like the past week which explains the cramps, headaches, and such as well as the trolled strength and muscular coordination. I really need to fix my dietary habits.
rotated between pullups and makeshift rope pushdowns
Strict press just do something
175x3 tried wider grip and it was uncomfortable
195x1
heart wasn’t in these just going through the motions
rotated between pullups and pushdowns again

What are your fav back exercises?
Also, I’ll be at van ness golds today around 530, hopefully deadlifting there tomm afternoon as well if my lower back feels better quickly enough.
LOL we have two completely different schedules. I’ll get get in there with you before I leave. I’ve never really found a back exercise that I didn’t like. I like all of them, but I guess my favs would be heavy ass deads, heavy ass tbar rows, cable low rows, and pullup variations.
Tonight will be some some squats both wide and Oly style followed by deficit SLDLs, calves, and some rows and pullups. Just putting in work and not chasing monstrous poundages.
Uh how bloated were you at 214? That weight fluctuation barely sounds possible unless you were srsly tryin to cut weight or had just binge ate for like 12 hours, or the scales were all effed.
Regardless, good lifting, strong close grip, good avi, etc etc. Have you ever posted front pics?

Thanks. Wasn’t bloated at 214. Just was pretty dehydrated and I hadn’t eaten yet. I think I had night sweats and what not. Was pretty weird. There are two front pics on page 10 although I’m wearing a shirt.
