I was pretty blasted after this, drenched with sweat and quads were burning. It was lat so had to hit the shower and the rack.

Had to take the pup to the vet for shots and shit (reason I workout out mid-day was because I stayed home with him, to avoid having a house full of puppy-squirts. Changing to a new food is going to take him a bit to adjust). Overall though, felt ‘good’ about the workout today, since it felt like it’s been forever since I did an OHP workout.

There’s also a possibility of squats tonight, that’s TBD at the moment

Front squat 135x10, wasn’t ‘feeling’ it, so switched back to regular squats

Did a pyramid with 135#s, started with 10 reps, rest 60 sec, 9 reps, rest 55 seconds…continued down to 1 rep, 20 sec rest.

Legs are flimsy feeling, need to foam roll 'em before bed.
