Thanks man. I really wanted to figure out some band squat setup, but everything I could come up with would have flung my rack into the air. I’ll figure out something. Probably a platform with a bar that comes up to loop bands over or something, we’ll see.
So in the past year, I’ve not only dropped from 225lbs to 200lbs, but I’ve brought my squat up 75#'s and my deadlift up over 100#'s. Not exactly sure on the DL, because my previous PR is 410, but 402 at the meet shot up like a rocket, this time last year I was at 310, so yeah. Not sure about my current bench, gotta wait for my next ME upper day, and if it goes well I’ll see where I’m at.
As for future goals, I’ll discuss them in my new log, once this one’s dead.

Took this from EFS, thought it was pretty bad ass
Check out this video Ink, i love this stuff. I don’t have a facebook and it works for me, so it should be good.
Regarding the band setup for squats, maybe you could use the board that you used for deads, slide it under the rack, put the bar on the lower support racks, attach bands, weigh down the board with some plates and front squat the bar up. Profit? Building your own band platform would be pretty wicked too.
