So, last night’s workout was at home, and I just couldn’t figure out a way to rig up my bands for squats, so I just did box squats that were light, but explosive and fast.

Hooked the band over the top of my bench uprights, kneeled down, and crunched. Vid won’t upload, but it’s pretty awesome, another point for creativity.
