206.0 sucka! I can say that I’m surprised I don’t crave or miss the starchy carbs yet, which is nice. Nothing to report as far as training other than I spent two hours walking around the zoo last night at “Zoolights”. It was fun and I took some cool pictures of some of the displays. I’ll post some up later on.
Hopefully I’ll get to lift tonight after everyone leaves from the party. Also, going climbing tomorrow, that should be cool.

This weekend didn’t do much in the way of working out, other than 2 hours roaming around the zoo, and a couple hours of rock climbing yesterday. I’ll either finally bench tonight, or skip it for squats instead. Thanks Racer, practice practice practice, that’s what’s working for me. Finally done with this semester, so now I can put more time into training. I really need to run more, seeing as how I need to go 13 miles in like, 4 weeks…meh, I’m not worried about it. I just want to get it over with so I can stop having it in the back of my mind. Get that shit over with, and then it’s 10ish weeks until the meet.

Meanwhile, I’m watching a show on the history of tattooing, and it’s REALLY making me want more ink. Like, bad.
