Sure, assuming the volume is low and the needle gauge is on the smaller side. Lateral (medial) deltoids hold more oil than front deltoids, but both work fine.

It’s about .7ml. I’ve been injecting side laterals for ages but I thought I’d give them a rest and go for the front delts. I can’t reach around for my buttocks and don’t fancy my legs…lol.
