When you aspirate, the plunger should not come back. Pulling a vacuum is not the point of the exercise. I your hand is unsteady when aspirating, repositioning and injecting, you are hacking things up with the end of the needle.
Once a week should do.
With a testosterone only cycle, you should use an AI [what’s that?] to control your estrogen levels. You need that and a SERM for PCT and need to understand why and how to use them. Not just blindly follow someone else’s advice.
With what I do here, I deal with a lot of guys, often younger, who have totally messed up their hormones. That is a train wreck. It is like you have lost your life. You can loose your abilty to have sex. Almost the same as castration. Why did this happen to them? Take a long look in the mirror.
Some men have fragile hormone systems and are easily damaged. Some guy as young as 19 or 20 that I have worked with have lost their T levels for no reason at all. Do not think that such vulnerabilities do not exist. You need to care for your body, you only have one chance to get it right. You deserve to know what can go wrong and why so you can avoid stupid [beginner] mistakes. Maybe you can get a sense of why many here were groaning about your post. Things are quite calm here, other sites would be unbelievable abusive. But driving you away would probably increase your danger.
There are many here, perhaps most, that know way way more about these issues than perhaps almost all doctors. Guys here wear this yoke of learning for a good reason. It is up to you to start to understand that you need to do the same. You need to learn a lot to start to see how much you don’t know.

Although I will address the question posed by the thread’s title. Your injection frequency should be based upon the ester of the compound you are injecting.
That being said, you have no business at all using AAS. You are fucking clueless and need to sell whatever the hell it is you have immediately. And quite frankly, from what I gather regarding your lack of common sense, I can honestly demand that you never show an interest in steroids again. You have no clue and I highly doubt you will ever get one what with your complete lack of initiative.
