Normally I cook veggies, treamed or on microwave, for enhance the assimilation of nutrients. I live too much cabbage raw, and I know that cruciferous veggies such as brocolli, cabbage and coliflower are potent antiestrogens because oh indol-3-cabonil. If I eat cabbage raw as a salad, can I absorb the nutrients?
There are a few articles on this site that state that i-3-c and its metabolite, DIM, may not be the best for anti-estrogen…they may even lower test

By the way, I would try REZ-V if you’re looking to combat estrogen.
