Aloha Christain, I am new to your site, but I love your coaching on anyone of the workout routines in the video program. I also have done your Indigo Project Program a year ago and really love it for it works. I work out in my home gym and been lifting for at lest 3 years or more, don’t want to stop now.
I am looking good now adays, anyway I was wondering, I am going to do the Indigo Project Program again and I will be teaching my one only daughter. I believe in the way you stress good form and real good quality every lift. You have any advice for a women like me who only works out at her own home gym? and how can I subscribe to the Indigo Project Program to get at much advice as possible?
I learned how to lift iron from Pro’s like you. The Hypertrophy and Fat Loss Workout I enjoy doing and highly recommend to anyone.
Oh Yeh again, What do you think about me using a wheelborrow fool of rocks for the prowler pushing, for I do not have a prowler pusher and also I do not have a Cable and Smith Machine to perform those type of workouts, so I have been using just free weights, any advice for this?

Funny you ask because I am training a competitive figure girl and since she didn’t have a prowler yet we used wheelbarrow walks! Actually we did 60 yards wheelbarrow walks, sprint 60 yards, fast walk 60 yards back to the wheelbarrow. We did this 5 to 10 times in a session.
Thanks Christain, for encouraging me on the wheelbarrow walks, I do not mind pushing the wheelbarrow with 6 or more big rocks from my yard in the wheelbarrow, it works for my abs and leg workouts and it is heavy too. I push it up a small hill and than back down, this and all the workouts you have on the Indigo Project Program has workout real good for me.
I have lost allot of body fat and my strength has very much increased. Everyday I have to work on my Kona Coffee Farm, cleaning, proning tree’s, and cutting grass and picking coffee, I would not know what I would do if I did not lift or eat healthier to be able to continue to be as busy as I am today at my age. The exercise really keeps me strong and healthy. My goal is to get as fit and tight as I can get and stay healthy too, thanks for your pro advice’s.
