I am going to try the Indigo Project training program. I am interested more in back thickness. I see the Hypertrophy program has a lot of Pressing movements + has a specialization day which can be a back thickness day. However I feel there can be more exercises for the back, What exercises can I add or modify so that back thickness is emphasized in the program.
I have reasonable mass and am 205 pounds at 185 cms. I have been doing Starting strength or similar programs for the last 3 years.

Wednesday/Day 3 is a Lats/Pull focused day.
Also, CT recommended the use of band pull-aparts between sets of bench (and maybe even on OHP movements).
If you don’t have a band, or just want to balance the pushing, maybe do a few sets of face pulls on bench/press days at the end of the workout? I’ve been doing that out of habit.
That said, folks that have posted once they completed the 3 month protocol said that they didn’t feel any imbalance after doing it, even though they thought they would. It’s a good program, and CT knows what he’s doing.
