Indigo-3G Observers Thread

My apologies if this matter has been discussed earlier as I haven’t been following every single blog and post about this whole product and the project around it, but hes any of the team 1 members given up Indigo-3G and still kept on seeing the same great results, or is the whole “fix how your cells react to carbs for ever”-thing buried by now?

Just asking because that is what got me interested in the first place, still sounds like a great product though if the results are near to what its like being on vitamin S but safe.

Some people that only did the first 6 week run expressed increased carb tolerance after stopping Indigo-3G.

Biotest recommends 12 weeks to get the permanent affects.

Hi Guys,
Here is my deal: FFB and paranoid to return there/42 yrs old male/206# 16%bf/tendonosis in both arms
I do full body every other day, consisting of:
Bench flat or incline (sample 8 sets of 3x215)
Flys (4x12 pecdeck/cable)
Neutral grip pu (tendons!) 4x8
cable rows (bb style) 4x10 (145)
Military press (4x10x1150
dips bodyweight
squat 4x10x225 or leg press/walking lunge w/45# plate

My reasoning for the full body is if I do a split type deal, my tendons just are so sore I’m non-functional. It’s not optimal, but at least I can lift decently and feel reasonable good.

diet:
1 FINiBAR, 3 scoop Surge Workout Fuel /3 MAG-10/1 ANACONDA /Power Drive before and after (Indigo-3G 1 hr before, of course)
w/out is 1hr 20 min-ish
1 hr later 40g P (chix) 40g C (sweet pot)
other meals about 3 hrs apart:
2 scoops Metabolic Drive, 2t coconut oil makes “frosting goop” for 3 rice cakes
1.5 c greek yogurt 2percent 1 oz almonds
salad w/ 40g chick, non starchy veg
low carb protein bar 30g P
1# cottage cheese 50g P

The cottage cheese holds me through the night or else I wake up starving! and devour everything in the middle of the night.
Off days I do fasted cardio (walking fast) for 30 mins or a jumprope/pushup/walking lunge/ect complex for 30 mins.
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
Chris
