Everyone’s pretty much said this over and over again.
As a South Asian, I’ve heard my some of my friends complain about the same stuff. I hate it. I have an equal amount of Indian/Pakistani friends who break these stereotypes and carry significant muscle with low body fat.
Why do people complain about “Indian genetics”?
Shit diet.
Has everyone seen what we Indians/Pakistanis eat? Pretty much EVERYTHING is eaten with white rice and/or white bread. It is no surprise that many of us have diabetes and/or heart problems. You have to out-train years of eating like this.
Here’s some serious advice from one South Asian (who has seen this work in many of my friends as well as myself a longgg time ago) to another: drop the carbs for a little while and then evaluate. Try the anabolic diet or something.
Summary: blame the diet, not the genetics.
Peace, brother.[/quote]
Word.
Again.
What about this guy?
Not Indian?

Well, those are highly paid actors who have been skinny most of their lives.
Here’s a video of the 2008 Mr. India Bodybuilding Championship:
As with [almost] everyone, it just comes down to discipline.
(Disclaimer: yes, being the best of the best usually means good genetics in addition to the extreme discipline and sacrifice, but we have advised the OP that everything be 100% accounted for, like nutrition, before blaming genetics.)
OP is addicted to the gym according to that article lol
"Your social life is governed by waking up in the morning to hit the gym. "
