Incredible Body Transformation (Set of 27 Pics)

Found this online, figured everyone here might actually be impressed with it:

Guy started at 630 pounds, and slimmed all the way down, had some surgery, and now looks pretty good.

One more:

That first guy was on a documentary awhile back, he was trying to get laid. He ended up hitting some friend or something, can’t remember exactly.
Glad to see there are some folks who want to make the change and do.

There’s one pic near the end of the first set where he looks really good, he’s taking a pic of himself in the mirror with the flash going off.
It’s surprising really when you think about it that the body had to make more skin for him as he got bigger and bigger.

I believe the documentary from TLC was called “The 600 Lb Virgin”…

The trainer in that really inspired me to be a better trainer. He took him on (for free, I believe) and has helped him tremendously. Nice guy, and great trainer.

^You sir are correct. And him and the trainer have an unusually close friendship. AND they’re roommates.

Seriously tho, it was a pretty good documentary and the trainer seems like a stand-up guy.

Yeap. They keep showing it on TLC, and for good reason. People can really learn from this guy. At one point he actually tried to commit suicide. IDK how exactly but I think it involved a bath tub and being in the desert or something.

I also saw the show on TLC. Crazy transformation, but even crazier amount of skin left over. Hopefully he can get most of that fixed up. One thing i noticed watching it was how incredibly awkward he was around woman. All those years of being fat wrecked his social skills.

The problem with this is 99.9% of people that are 100’s of lbs overweight DON’T HAVE THE WILL POWER to do anything about it.

The guys that DO MAKE THE EFFORT f0cking deserve their results

You can’t help people that refuse to help themselves.

Lol, I was thinking the exact same thing. I went from 305 down to 175 as my lowest. thank the lord I didnt have that skin problem.

I’ve seen that documentary too and it is crazy that all the excess skin he had afterwards. I mean just look at his face in the pictures afterwards, he has a huge smile on his face. I’m sure going out with more and more girls will boost his confidence.

She turned into a cute little mom. A lot better than that beach picture.

Which led to the 600 lb virgin helping out his other fat buddy, and I loved their advice. EAT MORE, EAT MORE OFTEN! Reminds me of my dad, “I eat two times a day, it doesn’t work.”

Well thank the lord, I’m 25 lbs lighter than you, at least I do not have to worry about that.

The guy that used to be 600 is now a trainer along side the other fella.

They were making some sort of dvd series for mega-fatties.

Good on him for taking those pictures of himself with all of the skin though and letting them get online/on t.v, that would have taken some balls.

Yep… a little old, but still very awesome.

I knew I could do some interesting things with my loose skin, but that cat just puts me to shame.

Even Drew Carey is into the weight losing thing.
