Increasing Food Intake and Gear Dose Simultaneously

What do you think about increasing gear dose while increasing food intake? Is their a correlation?
Currantly 210lb, 600squat 355bench 635deadlift APF classic raw. trying to get big n juicey, have been up to 215 but cant maintain anything over 207-210lb.

It’s all about maintenance calories and your surplus relative to that. The gear is not as important to this equation. At least not directly. As you add size your maintenance goes up, so you’ll need to expand your original surplus number. But that would be true of someone who was a fatass too. I would say don’t increase dosage until you absolutely cannot gain anymore muscle with your original plan.
