My HR has increased from 60-65 to 75-80 bpm. I have tried to retain my cardio but doesn’t seem to have helped. Blood pressure at rest is normal.
Has anyone else experienced this?

There could be many reasons for elevated heart rates, iron or potassium deficiency, high estrogen causing water retention and levels that are too high.
Maybe it has nothing to do with TRT, people have these problems who are not on TRT.
I did experience high heart rates and high blood pressure after the first 6-8 months on TRT, it was iron or potassium deficiency.
Thanks for the reply. Hadnt even considered diet. Will look into this cheers
