A few questions about the new liquid Alpha-GPC:
How is this new version “fast acting”? I thought you were supposed to take the capsule version 90 minutes prior to training too. What’s the difference?
What does the new liquid version have to do with I, BODYBUILDER?
Does it need to be refrigerated? (I ask because I am often not home 90 minutes prior to training)
Thanks.
It’s still recommended to take Alpha-GPC 90 minutes prior to training, but some of us have noticed that the cognitive effects of the new liquid formula kick in much sooner.
From what I’ve seen, the new Alpha-GPC was brought about based on the I, Bodybuilder experiments. I don’t want to speak for Christian, but I believe this is one of his favorite supplements since it has a profound effect on his strength.
No refrigeration is required, although Alpha-GPC should be stored away from heat and light.

The cognitive-enhancing effects of the liquid are felt very quickly – within minutes.
The cognitive effects kick in sooner you guys said. Does that mean they go away quicker too? Do the performance effects kick in/go away with the same timing as the pills?

When somebody tries the new liquid, could you please let me know how it compares to the old caps. I actually just finished my last bottle of caps. thank you

Can you take this if you train at night or will it interrupt with sleep?
Thanks.
“Alpha-GPC is a weird thing… it improves focus and allows you to train harder, but it does not stimulate you. Since it has been shown to increase Growth Hormone receptors sensitivity, then I also use it at night and really feel refreshed the next day (really vivid dreams too).”
It has a sweet grape flavor to it. I had about the same response with it as I did with 3 pills.
So far I used it once yesterday and felt it working within 30-40 mins.
I was wandering how long I should wait after eating before taking Alpha-GPC? I usually train at 3pm so have a meal around 12.30pm, then a FINiBAR around 2.20pm, Surge Workout Fuel around 2.30pm.
With the timing above is it ok to take the Alpha-GPC at say 1.30pm, so its 90mins before the workout but only 60 mins after my last meal? Is this ok or would the meal before hand slow the Alpha-GPC absorption down? Please note I have the capsule form of this at the moment.

Alpha-GPC can be taken with food, so there’s no reason to worry about timing it 60 minutes after a meal.
