In Your Experience, Dose of HCG Required to Restore Size?

I’m doing 50mg TC 2 x weekly. Noticed major shrinkage after a year. Doc added 1000 iu HCG 3 X weekly. I said to myself “no way I’m doing that much”, but got the script and have been using 375 3 x weekly, probably still to much. No sides. I should have blood numbers in a few days.

What I am wondering is from your personal experience how much HCG was required to restore testicular size?

The prescribed HCG dosage is too high for someone looking for full size testicles on TRT, you never want to inject more than 500 iu at a time to maintain testicular size on TRT. Depending on how high estrogen spikes and how sensitive you are to estrogen, you can inject 100-150 daily, 250-300 EOD and 400-500 twice weekly.

I have seen on very rare occasions men needing 750 iu 3x weekly. Note HCG isn’t for everyone, response will be individual, but some don’t feel well on it.

I was going to drop from 375 3 X weekly to 250 iu 3 X weekly but wanted to check and make sure it would still do the job.

250IU 3x a week or 350IU 2x a week will work just fine.
