Switch up the days on same program. Instead of doing 10 x 3 for bench and rows do 5x10 and do 10x3 for dips for 3 more weeks. peace
You could stay on ABBH but change the reps/days around (10x3 for legs, 5*10 for upper body etc). That’s what I’m doing.
Or maybe shoot for something with a bit more volume like EDT. I didn’t catch whether you’re going for size/strength or fat loss. I posted a modified fat-loss EDT that I am going to start after the second ABBH phase. I changed it to a four-day split with shorter workouts. Might be a bit much for cutting but it should work well for cutting. Check out the thread “New Twist on EDT.”
