Impossible is Nothing

Well done, under 110 kg.
I loose about a kg over night. So AM definitely lower.
Weigh in same time everyday.

I loose 1-1.5kg over night. I weigh in morning and night and yeah - in the AM I’m 1.5kg lighter.

So i decided to swap it up again.Still training weights 2 times a week. And then Metcon 2 times a week. But I’ve dropped press and I’m benching twice a week. Sunday is 5x5 - Thursday is a 5 rep max. Texas method. With squats and dead lifts on each day still working to heavy triples or more.

With that in mind. Tonight was a good night.
157.5kg x 4 reps x 3 sets
Bench
100kg 5x5
Lat raises on cable machine
err 5kg i think
2x8
one arm Palov press
6.25kg
2x5

So - long week at work. Done nothing had a bad week for food. But its been a week off and I’m still 109kg. Which is good.
Working out will also have to change AGAIN. 5x5 Texas on the bench Monday and Thursday with 5/3/1 squat and Deadlift Saturday and Sunday.
Conditioning will be site walking. Getting 3-5 miles a day in.
But today was a good day also,
160x4 then 160x5. Will feed that 5/3/1 and try and keep my 1+ to 157.5. Nothing wrong with a lower TM. We’ll see about Dead lift and i’ll update my log with the next 3 months ASAP
