Feel like crap today. Tired, dry mouth and eyes hurt. Like I’ve not slept in ages.
Going to think about working out tonight. I might be going too hard. Especially on a deficit. I’ll weight myself tomorrow though. Hopefully I’m towards 111-112kg.
Was going to rest today. But them ad a bad idea, ate carbs for dinner so needed to work out.
5 sets of emom 20kg plate thrusters. Feels good. I enjoy the burn. Still need more effort. Might jump to 12kg each hand. But the lungs and not the legs or arms are the weak link today.
Oh weighd in at 112kg. Will do again tomorrow and Friday am is my “datum”weigh in.

Starve day. Really cut back on food. 60 g of cashews, 250g of chicken breast, 125g rice and lasagna for dinner.

If the scale is important, and I think it is.
Weigh in, every morning after waking up and before breakfast. So you’ll get a consistent weight every day, it’s much easier to track the weight.
I weigh (I do not track that, it’s just a bad habit) in before going to bed and depending on what I’ve been eating and drinking during the day and evening, next morning I weigh in again and i’m between 0,7 kg - 1,5 kg lighter in the morning. That weight i track.
My weight fluctuates almost every day. When I try to gain weight I look at the highest weight every week, it should be the same or higher, and when losing weight looking at the lowest.
Thanks man. Yeah - I’m 2.5kg lighter in 10 days. Been hard work but I’m 100% focused on getting lean!
What is the goal weight?
My experience is losing the last kg’s is going to hurt the 1RM.
Especially if you loose it to fast.
But we are all different. Just watch your progress, if you start failing planned weight every workout. You might suffer on the platform.

Saturday post wake up wee - 111.5. Looking forward to my first 110kg weigh in!
Took my eldest and my nephew cycleing for an hour today. That felt good. Not gonna make myself do any more exercise today. But I might Elect for some pull ups and press ups before bed!
Whoop whoop big dinner last night and still weighed in at 110.9kg today.
Met con tonight. See if I can get below 110.5 for Friday!

Diet good over the week end. Ot great but balanced. Loads of meat. Like 5 chicken breasts, 12 eggs and 1/2 lb of mince.

The 180’s felt good and rest between them was deliberately short. I had more in there - if i’d not done the 3x3 I think had 100% had two reps maybe three.

Tonight I done emom 12 thrusters 5 rounds. Felt good. As I burn.
Started to add in more food to the diet. Weight loss was extreme. Struggling to get in the groove with this. So made contact with an online coach. Sent over the info just looking forward to the start on the new phase.

Loaded a bar with 195 and could not break the floor.
That was the good. Bad was bench.
107.5x3 then a set of 2. Which is worse than last week.
But I doubt I’ve actually gotten weaker.

Weight in today at 109.5, which is great. Going to hit up squat and press today.
Going to deaload the bar a bit for the press and try for 5x5 at 60kg. but keep up the 3x3 on the squats.
