hunger isn’t the end all be all way to gauge things. Most of the time it works, but you can condition your body to ignore, then the signals stop coming.
Take someone that eats breakfast everyday and they skip it, they’ll be hungry.
Allow that person to skip breakfast for a month and those hunger pangs will not be there.
