Everything is all out of sorts from sleeping to shaving my legs lol.

I had my mega meal today combining breakfast lunch din
Pork chop omlet with shrimp and veggies with Ezekiel bread and almond butter.

I felt like a monster, devouring all that food. But i dunno, I just haven’t had a big meal in a while or very often anymore.

It seemed like a good idea, but now I feel like a guilty pig.
I’ll definitely be starving by midnight though, and thankful I ate as much as I did.
2 more days left until my days off.
And tomorrow will barely count because it’s always really easy the day before the days off.
Rest day tomorrow, too.
Legs on Sunday afternoon sometime.

Yep, all is well here. Thank you.

But, there was a poster here who did me very dirty. He knows who he is and he will never apologize to me.

I find I am much happier when I stay away from these boards because of this.

I have tried to come back on a few occasions and it results in the same outcome ; I feel like shit.

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and achieves goals beyond their wildest dreams in 2024 :muscle:
