Who the fuk Cares if the SOB is curling 20bls in the squat rack, or doing bull shit 1/4 squat? These Pussy ass lifter deserve every right to be there as much as you do, they pay the same damn membership dues. The fact that these wannabe lifter come in and lift at all deserve my respect for trying.
Hey retard… no one cares that they are lifting light weights… we care that they are occupying a rack (possibly the only one in the gym) to do so, when they could do the same exercise on literally any other square foot of floor space in the gym.
If someone wants to curl 45lbs more power to him, but if that keeps me from squatting… I mean, that’s like a football team being unable to practice because a guy wants to fly a kite on the playing field when he has miles of open plains around him.
That’s the worst example ever lol
If there are miles of open area why couldn’t the football team use that?
Wait…
Why would a dude be flying a kite on an organized teams field? What kinda team is this were they facility is just open all the time?
Anyway,I’m sure the coaching staff would have a word with the gut to ask him to move…?
There’s about ten of you guys that seem to post in every thread I look at. I think the new article on posture might be something for you guys to check out.

And this was such an important piece of info it required you to make your 6th post since 2006?

I’m really struggling to figure out why people spending time posting is more damaging to posture than if we all were doing work… I mean I have to be at this desk anyway and I assume everyone else does.

X 2. I read NFL.com, Dallas Cowboys.com, and Pro Football.com, chat with the wife on gmail, talk to other Tnation members on G+, still run an office and do physicals at the same time I am posting. I figured how to conquer ADD what have other people done.

Its the TN circle jerk dude. Thats how it goes here. Its slightly above average dudes making fun of average dudes.
Youre right. Id rather have them in the gym than on the couch. At the gym, they can become inspired and learn some shit at least. If I notice a trend of someone doing something wrong for a week or two I do help them out after my session. They are appreciative most of the time.
thats gym culture, we are supposed to help one another not go “ahahahahahhahahhahaha lokk at that guy ge has no clue hahahaha”. If people only made fun of others in the gym in the early dasy our culture would have died…the icons were fuck ups at one point…what if no one helped them?
but, thats the climate here bro…a dude deadlifts 500 pounds or benches over 365 a few times and he becomes an authority to condemn all…lololol

you don’t need a squat rack to squat. Power Clean that shit and front squat. The squat rack is nameless its first come first serve bases. You want to use it wait your turn like everyone else I’m sure you annoy people by taking your sweet ass time doing squat.
That was a retarded analogy, Kite flying is a no fee pass time, Gym dues are not.

Are you serious? Power clean into a front squat? Who is power cleaning weights that are challenging on front squats?
edit - again, I honestly don’t care what people do with their time in the gym, or how much weight they are lifting. But it is rude to take up equipment you don’t need, when someone else wants to do something that requires said equipment. It’s the same as sitting on a bench reading a book between sets of leg press, and not letting someone else use the bench. Yes that’s happened to me.
