I stayed in the XingYi district. Went to most tourist areas: Taipei 101, etc. I really liked Shimen, not sure if I spelled that correctly. Went to a lot of the night markets, but don’t remember them by name. Went up to the northern coast and distinctly remember a cool city roughly translated to “Old Town” in the mountains that used to be a mining village.
Planning on going back in the next couple months.
i did a demo on proper deadlift form last night, and all my students NAILED IT on the first try. feels good man.
