So my heart rate also seemed to of moved up from the low average. My heart beat is also much more proounounced … I stay awake listening to it sometimes because it’s so loud. Must be normal . My hct is low and so forth.
I checked my logs on my app and 2 years ago I was in the 50s. Now 70 or 60s
From what I have read/heard, feeling your pulse or heartbeat in your ears is a sign of high BP
Thanks bro my BP has increased a few points. My hct increased to 40s and everything else is low normal. What else could I look at to lower BP.
So to clarify I have a habit of putting my hand over my ear when sleeping sideways to keep it quiet but that makes me hear my heart beat. If I remove my hand I don’t hear it.
Mine does that too alittle. Might be over thinking it. My problem is it lowers on injection day, raises a day later then slowly lowers again right before next injection. Its weird. Really wish it would stabilize already.

I’m reading 4 lemons and 2 cloves of garlic blended in your protein shake can lower bpm too. Also supposed to work wonders on artery plaque.
I got cialis recently at 6$ a 20mg pill. Actually took one two days ago let me check bp.
Thanks that can lower estrogen quite a bit to from what I’ve seen around here.
Let me try a small decrease in daily dosing to see what that does .

Check empower in Texas. They have 20 mg troche that can be cut. Also 3mg and 7mg capsules. Prices not bad.
If you have insurance you can see if your Dr willing to get you approved for bph. I did and pay $10 a month for 5 mg
Shit 40$ a pill was what the cialis brand was costing me. This was so much cheaper considering it’s bought st a pharmacy. If I had some good UGL that would be a great find. I’ll keep an eye out.
Yes I tried the pharmacy and another my doc used and they were 180$ for a 30 day supply. Somewhat rediculous.
