I'm Scared to Death of TRT

Tomorrow, 1pm. Getting my first coaching and injection amd all the tools needed. Not as nervous as i thought i would be. Its all down to the needle fobia. Once im past that, hopfully ill be good.

Something I was thinking about doing was the minute I feel like I’m in a sweet spot zone I think I’m going to try and get a blood draw that same day to see where the levels are at that moment. I wonder if there’s a math that can be derived from those numbers based on distance from injection timewise to better gauge a weekly dose.

I wish there was a way to prick finger and get freeT TT e2 instantly. Like the Diabetes patients can do

Dr. starts me on 200 a week. I just had 100 injected. Did it myself with a 31 gauge 6 mm needle. Super fucking easy. Zero pain. Stung a little bit from the medication going in but that’s about it. 200 a week does seem a little high so hopefully it’ll come down over time.

I just thought about how badly I was going to get my ass kicked if I didn’t stick myself.

Not really, though it can be estimated. We all metabolize test differently.

I’d rather have blood drawn than have the finger stick…….I hate it.

If you asked to start with less they’d probably let you.

Yeah i mean im hoping to get down to about 150-140. Will have to see how it goes.

Def feeling a sense of serenity. “Calm”. Its interesting. Clomid never did this.

I was given a 3 month supply so coming down can always be my call honestly.

This wont be my last post or anything like that but this has been a four-year journey for me with ultimate clarification from all of you since October last year. I cannot be more thankful. Your patience and knowledge have just been beyond valuable.

Thank you.

Does higher hct happen fast after first shot??

Not necessarily. Don’t freak out over that stuff. Just give blood in about 2 months. They will test you before and you’ll know what your levels are.

Update

Wanted to maybe shift the last chapter of this journey into a more complete stage especially for new readers to this thread.

Started TRT march 18th 2019

Here’s the BAD

  1. Estrogen spike after the first shot. Created a massive panick attack. A lot of “WTF am I doing???”
  2. Small testi shrinkage. Don’t care. More room in my paints. Whatever. Alternative is worse.
  3. 3 weeks in, resting HR rose to 78 from 68-71
  4. Every Sunday I’m overly tired all day.

Now the GOOD!!!

  1. Major feeling of power.
  2. Major penis upgrade
  3. Major labido intensity. I wanna fuck everything with tits lol.
  4. Clearer more focused thinking
  5. Easy injections. (Very surprised by that)
  6. Seeing small gains a lot faster.
  7. Not getting soar at all
  8. Zero persistent headaches
  9. No achy joints
  10. 99% never tired.
  11. Sleep hard.
  12. Major confidence boost.
  13. Smiling more. Especially at women lol.

I’m in my 5th week. Hr had settle a-little more.

Cant wait to see what’s next.

EVERYTHING great about TRT mentioned in this thread by everyone has been happening. The people here know their shit.

Your levels aren’t even stable yet and already are doing very well, congratulations. The true measure of one’s protocols comes known by week 8.

What really blows me away is how much more sensitive my body is to feeling the changes. With Clomid I never felt any kind of change either way except maybe a bad mood if I missed a pill. This stuff truly is amazing.

The journey its self so far blows clomid away. I can only imagine what adding cialis or lavetra to this would do in terms of erection quality.

Can not wait for my blood test results. My heart beat is heavy at night. Dunno why. It starts at 90 then declines through the night to 68. Really hope this is an E2 issue. image

Do you exercise right before bed?

Early on when I exercise, my heart rate would be elevated for hours after. Not sure why but not no more

I associate this with fluctuating hormone levels and more intense as I near the 6 week mark, it calms down after 6 weeks. When your levels become stable, things should start to calm down.

No. Just at lunch time daily at work gym.

Just curious, what’s your general resting hr?

I lie down at about 11-12 midnight and wake up 7-8 am.

Oh sorry I meant bpm

Depends on the hour, if on a new protocol, it bouncing around all day between BPM 75-95 and BP 135/86-160/90. In the 5th week on a new protocol BPM is sometimes over 100, BP a little higher as well.

It starts winding down in the 6th week, usually still continuing to settle down after 6 weeks. In week 8 all about the protocol is known and is the true measure of success.
