same as every cycle. 6-8 weeks of SERM, start 3-4 weeks after last injection.

The best pct for any cycle is 150mg-200mg test and 250iu hcg twice a week for the rest of your life . Cycling is stupid. If you aren’t ready to do steroids then don’t do steroids .

But if you’re set on it I’d take hcg during the cycle and run a standard serm pct. I prefer clomid over nolvadex
