Matty, I’m almost ashamed to admit I got FB’s sick sense of humour right off the bat -he’s implying (or should I say insinuating) some man-on-man action between you and dday the poster, and pretending not to know Dday refers to the day of the meet. Too much sheep blood addles FB’s brain! lol

Tons of strecting and some jumps like 5x2 high jumps
And very light on the deload just to get loose and a little blood flowing

Dude I need to take some Gingo Boloba to sharpen up my brain…please do not resist those jokes!
My openers will be 93% of my Squat and Bench max and 92% of my DL max…
Squat - 315
Bench - 305
DL - 420
I would love to total 1150-60 for my first meet…I am hoping after its done I will say to myself I could of lifted more…this is the general goal.
