I'll Be Around Tonight, Wednesday...

Here is an important point:

Everything I say…by definition…works. Not for long though…

Here is the thing, the drills with pulling and dragging are really a pretty good way to get “in shape” whatever that means. Combine it with any form of a paleodiet and good things will happen.

Hey Dan i’ve got your ‘Carried Away’ training dvd, i was wondering if you think combining the drills from the dvd with the MLB diet would work?[/quote]

Thank you very much.

I take it you’re not very mechanically oriented. That makes two of us.

take care

I would like to relay a comment from my wife. She read your from dad to grad piece and immediately picked up that all the recipes contain starches. Contradicting info! The horror!!

On a more constructive note I would like to thank you for the info on these threads. In spite of having no time to train (yeah right, if its important you’ll make time) I have lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks using your diet and training advice.

Tabata is the single best time saver/gut buster out there.

Thanks for giving out the usefull advice that you do. Whatever you get paid, it isn’t enough.

God bless

The starches…well, you can modify things. But…

Thanks for the note, I appreciate it.

Hey Coach…
I have one question for all of the great coaches on this site. Where do you train your athlete’s? Are you in your own facilities, home or rented space, or at gyms and U facilities? Thanks,
MAD Training

Yes, yes, no, yes, yes.

Anywhere, anytime. Coached in all kinds of places. I have trained throwers at parties, too!

Dan,
Were you recruited by Dartmouth?
I talked to their throws coach today.
Carl Wallin. He was Adam Nelson’s coach.
He is helping me find some meets this winter.
