If You're Paleo, What Do Your Meals Look Like?

Yeah and if they searched you’d bitch because they posted on an old thread. Or you’d bitch because they aren’t big enough, ripped enough etc… Fuckin’ retarded.

I’ve never done either of those things.

if you’re not spearing giant ibexes, you are doing it wrong…

For optimal paleolithic health, you should supplement your breakfast with successfully evading a large predator at least once per week.

I lol’d

yabadaba-doo! Pterodactyl eggs and brontosaurus sausages.

The only thing more repetitive than the paleo posts are your complaints about them. Don’t post if you really want them to learn how to search.

To the OP:

My meals are all pretty much meat + nuts + vegetables / fruit. Example day:

Breakfast:
-12 eggs over hard
-1 Apple

Lunch:
-16 oz ground beef
-2 cups spinach
-Handful of cashews

Dinner:
-16 oz buffalo
-1 cup broccoli
-Handful of almonds

Snacks:
-Protein shake
-Nuts
-Hard boiled eggs
-Tuna/sardines/other canned meat

etc, etc, etc…Hope that helps.

The OP disappeared after starting the thread. Anywho:

Breakfast - raw crocodile mince and blood shake with bone splinters.

Lunch - several pounds of raw kangaroo flesh with something green that was growing in my garden.

Dinner - my nextdoor neighbour’s cat and some nuts I found in their garbage can.

Don’t forget if you’re going to go Paleo you aren’t allowed to wear clothes, you can’t go into shops and you have to hunt with a boomerang or spear.

I would eat the eggs, something about the sounds of that sausage just makes me feel dirty though.

Who/what are you talking about?

It would also be great to see what the macro breakdown looks like for your typical day of meals. I know that is very helpful for people that are learning.
