Man, I haven’t been 150lbs since I was in the seventh grade. Hell, I forgot what it was like to be sub-200.

What if they started out at a skinny-fat 135 and have become a very strong, lean 170? Also, I’m pretty sure Gus (in the PC) is about 170 right now. You think he doesn’t have the right to respond to this thread?

LOL Yeah, me too. I really feel bad for all the guys that have trouble putting on weight. Probably the same amount of pity they have for me to lose weight. ![]()
Well when i was 150 pounds (17 years old) I had raging hormones and crazy testosterone. I had no clue what i was doing and wasted all that wonderful test! All I did was work on my arms…
i was 144 in 2nd grade. hahahahah. i remembered that because upon graduation of highschool they gave me my medical info…
anywho, i would have got up off the couch more when i was yougner. i dont have that athletic ability b/c i rarely played sports. now im trying to make up for it.
probably b/c i havent been that weight in a while i will just comment on from when i first started lifting. i would need to eat like i was trying to be big, not like a bird. my lifts went up b/c of CNS recruitment, but i was small… lift big, eat big, get big
I would eat 2x body weight for each macro and adjust as weight increased.
I would eat whole foods every meal.
I would not waste money on BS supps.
I would use big compound exercises.
I would keep a training and food log.
I would add weight to the bar or reps to the exercise every time I went into the gym.
I would DIRECTLY train my arms.
