I don’t really want to go up to the 70s for DB shoulder press untill I get more reps with 65lbs, since it’s kind of a bitch to kick up heavier DB’s on shoulder press, and it affects stability if I can only handle the weight for low reps. Which would be the case if I went up now.

Felt tried throughout. Didn’t unrack the weights properly [forcefully and quick]on the bench and usually that’s key for me so that it sets the tone for the set. The bar moved hella slow and I had no spotter so I didn’t go for another. Part of me feels like I could have still gotten 3-4 reps had I not pussied out, but there was no one near me who looked like they could save me had I failed. I went early when all the old people went.

I have no excuses for the rest of the workout. Fuck.
