Wolverine’s regeneration…it could also lead to more powers…stay with me on this one…

If you were able to quickly heal any injury, then microtears in muscle tissue could possibly be regenerated at that same rate. Muscles could grow at an exponential rate. Wolverine is always shown as very strong and fast, which leads me to believe that this is the case, not that the regeneration would cause muscle tissue to never grow any greater.

Also, if you did some of the drills which help mental abilities, you know the simple stuff like eating with your eyes closed, doing normal activities with your off hand,or some other exercises, could the regeneration possibly lead to greater amounts of neuron acitivity???
And the aging very slowly thing could be cool too.

BONUS—In bed you could have amazing recoil between sessions.
