IF Diet Plan

I’m on a 16/8 fasting/feeding schedule and I was wanting my diet critqued. Please let me know what I’m missing. (I’m only doing IF for the convenient meal times)

1st meal-
ON Gold standard whey protein shake
Salad w/fat free ranch dressing and garb beans
2 servings of oatmeal w/2% milk
2 serving granola w/ cottage cheese
Banana
Apple
Orange
Beef jerky (occasionally)

Workout

2nd Meal-
ON gold standard whey protein shake
2 servings brown rice or sweet potato
2 servings black beans
2 servings Chicken breast or tenderloin steak
Protein bar (occasionally)

Final Meal-
ON gold standard whey protein shake
1-2 PB&J sandwiches on wheat
1 serving almonds
2 servings cruciferous vegetables

Lots and lots of water in between and during meals. Please let me know what I’m missing

We don’t know your weight, body composition, or goals or serving size of some items listed, nor did you calculate the macronutrients and total calories.

Aside from that, there’s nothing wrong with the items you’re eating.

Please provide more info and maybe someone can chime in.

I’m aiming to reduce overall BF while maintaining as much muscle as I can. I’m 6ft 190 lbs and whatever food item listed without a number is 1 serving. Thanks for the reply I was just wondering if my diet was missing anything. I’ll get on the calculations
