I feel pretty stupid because I didn’t think about reading “How to build a T-Vixen” until after I posted. Lots of great information on how to get her motivated and how not to scare her away. I just forgot all about it until it was to late. But like I said, that was a great article, and I think that I learned more than she will. And I didn’t mean anything by a “workout for her.” What I meant was a good program to introduce her into lifting weights. It’s pretty hard to convince some girls into lifting, but it is really great to see them lifting. Patricia, and any others, I hope you took no offense to that post.
