My gilfriend is vey small and somewhat young. she 20. shes been working out for a few years but isnt getting the results she wants. what type of steroids would a girl take to not get big but lean and cut?
i know guys cycles but she suddenly popped this question on me and i have no idea what to say. what are the negative results for girls taking steroids? what type of pct do they follow with? any info would help

Well first off, there’s no mention of her diet at all. No mention on supps, recovery, rest, etc… What type of lifting program is she using?? Answer all of those questions first, because I’m willing to bet none of those are on par to acheive the goals she is looking for.
I’m not trying to belittle her or you, but those should be nailed down before even considering that option.

I have no idea what steroids she should take. I do not recommend AAS use lightly, especially among the female persuasion. In fact, I recommend she take nothing except maybe Fahrenheit and or HOT-ROX.
If I had to recommend anything illicit for what you described, it would be Clenbuterol, and it can be obtained legally through research chemicals.
But really, there should not be a problem if her diet and training are in check. Fat should fall like water from Niagara.
Have her go to www.elitefitness.com. If she goes to the women’s Fitness section, she will gets advice from females who have tried different steriods. They will not supply any advice without going over her diet and exercise program. They will go over all the potential side effects.
I will agree with most of what the previous posters said. I have some decent experience with female steroid use, so I might be able to make some general suggestions. However, diet and training are very important here. If they aren’t working then steroids won’t do anything.
Think of steroids as a boost. If you’re going in the right direction, they’ll just help speed up the progress. If you aren’t making any progress, steroids will likely not change that.
I think that it is more important for women to wait until a little older than men, they take longer to “fully” develop even though they reach 90% development earlier than men.
If she is going to though, she should start with Oxandrolone (anavar) at 5mg per day divided into 2 doses. she can up her dose after a week or two, but I would recommend a straight 6-8 week cycle or a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (she would start her 2 weeks after each period) The AAS will mess with her period and can case androgenic sides.
My fiance and sister love taking low-dose Oxandrolone (as well as Turinabol) and the first side they notice is a sensitive clitoris, once they up the dose they start noticing other sides like a “dry voice”, etc. People say that once they notice the sides to lower the dose, but with females a lot of androgenic sides are perminant or at least stick around for awhile - so the idea is to use a effective dose for a boost but not to increase until sides are felt.
My fiance uses 5mg and has never tried more or wanted to. Another one that I never hear anyone suggest for women, but is good is Turinabol - 2.5mg-5mg per day. My fiance’s perfect (favorite) stack is 2.5mg oxandrolone and 2.5mg turinabol in the morning and 2.5mg oxandrolone in the evening.
yea i dont think its too great of an idea for her but she wanted me to throw it out there so she would know. i agree that supps like HOT-ROX or something would be better to start with.
you can search a post on here by a 40yr old woman who was/is taking low dose anavar to help her with osteoperosis and osteoarthritis. She was very happy with it. I am sure a similar dose would help your girl get the results she is looking for without making her into a dude. She should be well aware of all the risks before she takes anything though.
Someone also recommended low dose Winny for girls (I think P22 but can’t remember).
The few women I have heard post their experiences with gear have been pretty positive. They get really good results on very low doses. Very few sides that aren’t positive (good sexual side effects mostly which are alright).
If she does do a cycle I would highly recommend using an oral or a short estered injectable though so if she does get any virilization symptoms she can cut the dose and clear the gear out before the changes become permenant.
Dont do this to her. Let her keep her normal voice and non man like face. Dont make her go crazy from hormones that were never intended for her. Dont ruin her.
My most recent ex took winny [years before we dated]. She said she took half the dose she was told to take. She also didn’t inject,she put it under her tongue [this is what she told me]. The only side-effects she reported were random chin hairs every now and again, which would still pop up when we were together, some 4+ years later. According to her, she got exactly what she wanted out of it.

Good question. I meant to add to it that I didn’t have any studies on it, just something I have heard from a Veteranarian of all people, and remember hearing thoughout my life that women mature faster (skeletal), but take longer to fuller develop hormonally and that was a reason they hit their sexual peak later in life than men (also repeated without empirical knowledge). Usually I would search for backing to what I would say or make sure to put a “i’ve heard” rather than making it sound like fact.
And no offense taken, I think that it is very important to clearify fact from theory,opinion,etc…
If she’s not getting the results she wants at 20, she either doesn’t have diet/program dialed in, or she’s got an underlying health/hormone issue which needs attention (and not self-prescribed steroids type attention).
Once she IS getting great results, and she’s a good deal older and has done waaaay more of her own research for a good long period of time, then if she’s still thinking gear is necessary it might, might, be worth considering. By considering, I mean considering, not pursuing.
Women hit their sexual maturity later on in life for a couple of different reasons. Firstly, us men mature sexually sooner because of our t-levels as far as I understand, or at least in part because of that.
And my understanding of womens sex drive ramping up is due in part to their ‘biological clock’ The fact that they only have so many more menstrual cycles until they go into menopause… so evolutionarily speaking, they are making sure they can get pregnant before they lose the ability…
