Identifying Nuerotype with Braverman Test Results

Hey Christian,
I made a thread a while ago asking you what nuerotype you figured I was. You said I was a 2b with some type 3 traits due to low serotonin. I later took the braverman test out of curiosity and it matched up with what you said. Serotonin was my lowest score with deficiencies being highest in serotonin. I just read another thread and you said low scores actually mean high level of that neurotransmitter. Anyways I was hoping you could take a look at my results and let me know what you think. Much appreciate.
Dopamine: 18
Acetylcholine: 19
GABA: 31
Serotonin: 12

Deficiencies
Dopamine: 5
Acetylcholine: 7
GABA: 3
Serotonin: 11

I JUT posted that the Braverman has flaws and cannot be used effectively with the neurotyping system

Ok fair enough. Though from looking at my test results would you say it is accurate that I have high levels of serotonin and low gaba?

Yes, so your dominant inhibiting neurotransmitter is serotonin. Which is a good thing. Do you find that you can easily change your level of mental excitation depending on the task your have to perform… for example you can easily go from energetic and active to relaxed and focused if the task you have to perform requires it?

I would say that is fairly accurate yes. Although sometimes because of my work scheduale I will train at about 8:30pm then come home and eat and try to fall asleep and a lot of the time I have a very hard time falling asleep after training. I have recently stopped working out when I work the day shift strictly because of this reason

Do you tend to seek out the approval of others? Are their opinion of you important? Do you need to feel liked, respected and feel like crap when you are excluded from a group.

Or are you naturally confident and don’t really care what other people think of you?

That’s kind of hard to say. I would say that I don’t really care what people think about me in life and what not but also when I’m in the gym and I notice someone is watching me workout, admiring what I’m doing, that gives me validation I suppose and usually makes my workouts much better and I get into a very good headspace and makes me train harder
