I’d have to agree. Add 5-10 pounds LBM and it’ll look like you’ve lost 10 anyhow.

yeah but if he loses 5-10 it’ll also look like he gained 5-10.
Being big makes you look lean(er) just like being lean makes you look big(ger).
to the OP: I’m a big fan of carrying almonds and those tin foil packs of tuna with me wherever I go for a healthy and easy PF snack.
If you just bulked from 160 to 170, you’re going to have to stay at 170 for a few weeks at least so when you cut calories again, you dont end up with what you started with.
This isnt a game of instant gratification… Unless you’re doing the V-Diet. Like me. hah

If you’re trying to cut down I suggest less foods between meals.
11:23am is a good time to eat MD bars. Unless, of course, you’re trying to cut down. Then you should wait until 11:24.
You’re Welcome! 8^)
I know you’re asking a serious question.
The answer is… VEGETABLES!
Keep the same amount of cals, but cut carbs, and you will lean up enough.
String cheese, beef jerkey, mixed nuts, etc.
anyone else hate the word “snack”? You can eat meals when cutting.
Heck, when I start to cut in a month or so I plan on going with 2500 cals/day. That’s 5 meals of 500 calories, not really a snack.
btw- unless you’re built like 1morerep, keep eating.
or if you’re 5’2

What?!? JF on a cut? I thought you were all about the eating big, using 11-T, getting to over 200. What’s the deal here, killa?
OP: If you’re trying to cut, forget about almonds as a snack because you’ll fly right through them. Use them in meals, but otherwise, they’re not very filling. I’d stick to veggies if I were you. Actually, no I wouldn’t. I’m 5’9" and 170 and I still intend on bulking for a good long time.
MD bar and an apple
cashew’s are good also

lol, it will probably be a little longer than a month.
I want to hit 200 first, then stay there for a few weeks to let my body “get used to it”. It will more likely be another 6-8 weeks.
We’ll see.
I’m pretty happy with my current size, though I do want to get bigger, I’m just ready for a cutting phase. Part of it is for the mental break of bulking, but also to see how I can do when I really try to lose fat, seeing as I’ve never been in that predicament before.
will probably do that for at least 4 weeks, possibly 6, then get into adding size again.
I dunno, my mind changes at times.
