Ideas for Breakfast

You have everything you need! Don’t know what’s already been said, but eggs and oats are two of the best breakfast foods you can eat.

I say get a little burner and cook eggs and put in some veggies. Spinach, turkey ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions plus some shredded cheese = Berardi breakfast.

My “in a hurry” anabolic diet breakfast.

6 whole boiled eggs (which I always have some done)

4 ounces of full fat cheddar or monterey jack cheese

a few sprigs of raw broccoli

half cup of raw spinach

tabelspoon of EVOO

teaspoon of flax meal

a clove of raw garlic

half teaspoon of cinnamon

in the blender with enough water to make it drinkable.

3 fish oil caps and multi vit/min.

If I know I’m gonna be in hurry the next morning I’ll make it the night before.

Get a microwavable egg poacher. I have one of these and love it.
