Day 19
Weight: 160.2 (daily change: -1.8)
Total weight loss: 7.6
Sadly, this is my last day on the diet. I had just enough MD to make it through today. I do wish I could have procured enough to make it to the 28 day mark, but I know I lost a bit of fat so it was still worth it!
I think I’ll try to hold at this weight for a while. Based on previous experience, I’m sure my weight will increase to 163-164 over the next week and hold there. I’ll keep eating enough to properly fuel my training, but make an effort not to overdo things. I’ll also keep my protein intake slightly higher than it normally is when I’m not v-dieting.
