I Will Never Look Big

Sorry Sliver, but you’ve said some pretty naive statements in this thread and you’ve been called on them, by myself, X, and others.

Nope. Clearly your knowledge of training and nutrition (or it’s importance to results) is lacking if you truly believe this. I’ve already pointed out numerous other “big changes” that have occurred. Which I see you’ve failed to respond to.

Oh really? By my definition? Please find a quote by me saying that this is my definition of “natural”.

I used a BB’er who has passed numerous drug tests and won numerous natural BB’ing competitions. There’s a bit of a difference between that and calling someone who hasn’t taken any drug tests or competed in any drug tested competitions natural.

Way to put words in my mouth though.

Oh, ok so now you’re gonna try to take the “cycling” scapegoat.

Once again, I used Lacour because he has always competed in natural BB’ing competitions, and is among the most respected and most widely excepted to be natural BB’ers in the world.

The fact that you tried to compare his being natural to Coleman and Cutler is a pretty clear indication that you haven’t got a foot to stand on in this discussion.

Just stop talking dude, you’re just digging your hole deeper by continuing to say asinine things like this.

What’s the old saying, “tis better to be silent and thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt”.

Who the hell said that people were going to be looking like Dorian Yates without anabolics? Where was Yates even mentioned in this discussion until this statement by you?

NO!!!

God help anyone who posts a link to that article. >:(

Here it is. It was TRAJJ on this site. Apparently, back bridges for 3 min are also the key to success in getting really big and strong…and FUNCTIONAL.[/quote]

Yup, that’s the thread. I don’t recall that TRAJJ ever actually told us what a combat pyramid was though (at least I didn’t see it if he did). Not that it has anything to do with this thread.

hmmm, he did, it’s like some kind of form of…ah who gives, it’s actually funnier if it stays undefined

DUDE

WTF are you doing?!? Giving out the most closely held secret in all of bodybuilding?

YOU HAVE RUINED EVERYTHING

/sarcasm.

OP: you just misjudged how much weight you will have to gain in order to look big. Of course you will be able to look big (assuming you are consistent and stick with it); you just need to reach a higher bodyweight in order to accomplish it.

If you give up, you’ll never look big. If you continue, and keep the mind set that you WILL be big, then guess what happens…

YOU REACH YOUR GOAL

Just keep on trucking.

Eat, lift, sleep, repeat.

keep going . believe achieve!! , genitics don’t matter, just train hard and eat enough, ohh and rest rest rest ,

I’m 6ft bud and in the pic i weighed in at 171

i started next years diet last week my goal is around 180 on stage

I don’t know, I’ve gotta say that a huge guy who can still do the splits (like this guy above) is pretty damn impressive. Maybe you should start.

X,Sentoguy, and CC, thank you.

I can’t imagine how difficult it is to make progress when always setting limitations for yourself.

It’s always been my method to shoot for the absolute best, even if ya fall short by a bit, you are gonna end up in a pretty good place.
